Hernandez will be joined by the Illinois Alliance for Reentry and Justice, who will be leading a conversation on improving social determinants of health from the perspective that healthy people = healthy communities.

Donations will be accepted beginning Monday, March 28th through Friday, April 29th. Donations needed include:
– men and women’s slippers (new or in very good condition)
– men and women’s pajama sets (new or in very good condition)
– XL towels (new)
– gas cards – should be donated directly to Mutual Ground
– Uber/Lyft gift cards – should be donated directly to Mutual Ground
– glass cleaner
– laundry detergent
– toilet paper
*Note, gift cards and monetary donations will be accepted, but please donate those directly to Mutual Ground.
