This year all of the proceeds will be going to:
Community Crisis Center Inc (www.crisiscenter.org)
Inflation hits the poor the hardest and makes their life very difficult. This means that they rely on the Food Banks even more. The BEST WAY to donate is to make a check out to CCC (Community Crisis Center) – OR – FFGA (Food for Greater Elgin) – OR – pick up a few extra items while you are at the store. Either way – early donations can be dropped off at my home – 2814 Beacon Point Cir.

Thank you for your support of the 3rd Annual Roosevelt Aurora Golf Outing. These past two years have been a lot of fun and your generosity has helped keep the Roosevelt Aurora Post 84 of the American Legion thriving. The funds raised from this golf outing is used to help active duty service members, Veterans and their families. Post 84 has a scholarship program, works with the food pantries to help distribute food to our Veterans, participate in annual events that honor of Veterans and much more.
We have been so successful we recently outgrew our old office and have relocated into a bigger and more functional office at 1649 Montgomery Road, Suite 7 in Aurora. We invite you to stop by. However, we cannot continue without your help. Please consider becoming a sponsor or buying a foursome to golf and help us to continue to provide assistance to the Aurora area Veterans.
On behalf of Roosevelt Aurora Post 84 of the American Legion, we welcome you to our 2023 Golf Classic at a new golf course location.
Since 1919, Post 84 has been an integral participant of the Fox Valley community. We remain dedicated to our support and service to our local Veterans, families and community

It is Adopt a Highway time for the Kane County Democrats. Saturday Oct 7 at 9:00 am we will once again preform our civic duty by picking up the trash along Kirk Rd. We will meet at 1707 Patricia Lane in St Charles.
It will take approximately 1 /1/2 hours to police our section of road (Division ST North to Rt 64). After which you should be warmed up for a fine day of gathering petition or mowing your lawn. Gloves bags and pick up devices will be provided.
Coffee and doughnuts will be served
Please let me if you will attend so I have proper supplies.

Hello Dear Friends,
I am sharing this email with you in hopes you would consider joining us this year. I know like many of you, we have organizations that are near to our hearts.
Suicide Prevention Services of America in Batavia is that organization for me. Suicide has impacted our family as it has many others and this organization has been helping support families, schools and communities in the Fox Valley area for over 30 years.
Kim and I want to fill 2 tables this year. If you are able to attend, please find the registration information in the link below.(Please indicate you are with us)
If you are not available to attend, perhaps consider making a donation or providing a gift that could be used in the raffle to help raise funds in support of their mission.
Thank you for everything you do.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
