Join a conversation on Monday, May 6 at 6 PM about the pending TIF District for the I-88/Route 47 corridor proposed by Crown Community Development in Sugar Grove. This is a massive project that would include single family homes, townhouses, apartments, retail, restaurants, and an e-commerce data center among other things.
Residents Molly Reimer and Carolyn Anderson will explain what a TIF district is and what potential impacts it presents to the community. Jera Piper, Kane-DuPage Soil & Water Conservation Board, will talk about the environmental impacts and concerns for this development.
