Join the St Charles Democrats in beautiful Mt St Mary Park for a Sunday in the Park with Democrats.

Take a walk through the wonderful sculpture exhibit, join us for a trivia game and have your child’s face painted. Enjoy good conversation with your fellow Democrats over a light lunch.

The St Charles Democrats are asking for a donation of $15 or $25 for a family. On 1:00 PM on Sunday July 30^th. Please RSVP by the 28^th.

Inflation hits the poor the hardest and makes their life very difficult. This means that they rely on the Food Banks even more. The BEST WAY to donate is to make a check out to CCC (Community Crisis Center) – OR – FFGA (Food for Greater Elgin) – OR – pick up a few extra items while you are at the store. Either way – early donations can be dropped off at my home – 2814 Beacon Point Cir.

What They Need Most

1st – MONEY – MAKE CHECKS OUT TO “CCC”

2nd – Pop top/easy open foods are best for homeless individuals

• Peanut butter; Jelly; Macaroni & cheese – boxed
• Pinto beans, dry 1# bags

• Spaghetti/marinara sauce; Spaghettio-types
