On Monday at 12:15 CDT, I will host a town hall with legendary former WGN-TV Chief Meteorologist Tom Skilling. Tom, recently retired from his post at WGN-TV, will join me to discuss climate change, its effect on severe weather patterns in Chicagoland and nationwide, and the path forward for concerned citizens. This town hall aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the work being done at the state level and its benefits for us locally. Join us to hear legislative updates and news on upcoming projects. This will also be an opportunity to engage directly with your elected representatives and voice your thoughts, questions, and concerns.
The Hampshire Dems will be marching in the town’s Coon Creek Country Days Parade on August 11th at noon.
Assembly for the parade begins at 11:00 in downtown Hampshire.
