Inflation hits the poor the hardest and makes their life very difficult. This means that they rely on the Food Banks even more. The BEST WAY to donate is to make a check out to ECM (Elgin Cooperative Ministries) – OR – FFGA (Food for Greater Elgin) – OR – pick up a few extra items while you are at the store. Either way – early donations can be dropped off at the Tepe’s – 2814 Beacon Point Cir.

We are getting ready for the Aurora Canvass Launch on Saturday, August 3rd.
We are meeting at Dr. Martin Luther King Park in Aurora at 10:30am and will finish up at 1pm.
Lauren will be making a guest appearance ~10:40am – 10:50am to get the group excited before we head out.

Join the Aurora Dems at the IBEW Local 461 for their monthly meetings on the 2nd Thursday of each month starting at 7:30pm.
The Hampshire Dems will be marching in the town’s Coon Creek Country Days Parade on August 11th at noon.
Assembly for the parade begins at 11:00 in downtown Hampshire.
