Elburn Days Parade

Western Kane Democrats is hosting all Democrats in this Community Event! Our goal is to spread positivity about the Party among the community while showing support for our candidates.

Here’s the plan: Arrive 1.5 hours in advance to decorate the car, march in the parade, then stay after about a 1/2 hour to help us clean up.

These are the roles we need to fill for the parade: 1 person to plan logistics (Project Manager) – where to park, where to meet, what color we should wear, handle communications with the parade team

• 1 person for Video/Photographer
• 2 people to distribute candy
• 2 people to hold Western Kane Democrats Banner
• 1 person to hold the American Flag
• 5+ people to hold issue/candidate signs
• 2 people to coordinate candidate/representative communication
• 1 person who has a truck that we can decorate and will drive during the parade
• 1 person to work with members, other townships, and groups to make sure we have a lot of people marching

You will be asked to dress in a certain color (probably something festive). Representatives are WELCOME to join us!
